To reserve your kitten, we require a refundable $300 deposit, which is applied toward your final balance. This ensures your chosen kitten is held exclusively for your family and is no longer available to others.
Pickup Timing:
We typically schedule pickups on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, though we are happy to accommodate alternative days whenever possible based on your availability.
Peace of Mind Guarantee:
If you arrive to meet your kitten and feel, for any reason, that the connection is not the right fit, we will refund your deposit in full. While this is exceptionally rare due to our careful matching process, we want you to feel completely confident and comfortable throughout the experience.
In-person pickup also allows time to ask any final questions, review care guidance, and ensure you feel fully prepared to welcome your Ragdoll kitten into their new home.
