Ragdoll Kitten Sales Agreement The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase one (1) Ragdoll kitten for the price of $750 depending on the selected kitten. Health Guarantee The Breeder guarantees that the kitten is in good health at the time of sale and is current on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. a. Veterinary Examination The Breeder provides a lifetime health guarantee against congenital or hereditary defects. The Buyer agrees to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receipt. If a veterinarian identifies a serious congenital condition or illness present at the time of sale, the Breeder will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten. b. Hypoglycemia The Breeder guarantees the kitten against hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) for life. If diagnosed by two (2) licensed veterinarians, the Buyer may choose either: A replacement kitten of equal value, or A full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten. c. Communicable Diseases If the kitten is diagnosed with a contagious or communicable disease within fourteen (14) days of delivery, the Breeder will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten. d. Initial Health Check Requirement The Buyer must schedule a veterinary examination within seven (7) days of receiving the kitten. Any valid congenital or significant health concerns identified within this period will qualify for a refund, including return shipping costs. Pickup and Delivery a. Delivery If delivery is selected, the Buyer is responsible for transportation costs. The kitten will travel via a trusted, professional pet nanny service or approved animal transport provider and will remain in-cabin for the entire journey. A $500 deposit is required to reserve the kitten for delivery, with the remaining balance of $250–$350 due prior to dispatch. Alternatively, the Buyer may choose to pay the full $750 upfront. b. Pickup If the Buyer chooses in-person pickup, a $300 deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. If the Buyer visits and determines the kitten is not the right fit, the Buyer may either: Receive a full refund of the deposit, or Select another available kitten. Payment Terms Delivery option: $500 deposit, balance due before shipment, or full payment upfront ($750). Pickup option: $300 deposit, balance due at pickup. Buyer Responsibilities The Buyer agrees to provide proper lifelong care for the kitten, including adequate nutrition, fresh water, safe shelter, exercise, and routine veterinary care. The Buyer also agrees to comply with all applicable local and state laws regarding pet ownership. Entire Agreement This document represents the complete and final agreement between the Buyer and the Breeder. It supersedes any prior discussions or representations, whether written or verbal.
