Return & Refund Policy for Ragdoll Kittens
At LannerFluff, we are devoted to ensuring that every family is welcomed with a healthy, well-adjusted Ragdoll kitten of exceptional quality. While we uphold the highest standards of care and breeding, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To provide reassurance and transparency, we have established the following refined return and refund policy.
Health Assurance & Genetic Integrity
Should a licensed veterinarian identify any discrepancy between your kitten’s health and the records provided, or diagnose a confirmed genetic condition, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days following verified documentation.
If you prefer a replacement kitten, written confirmation from two independent licensed veterinarians, from separate clinics, will be required to validate the condition prior to proceeding.
Returns Within 90 Days
If, within 90 days of adoption, you find that you are unable to provide the level of care your Ragdoll kitten deserves, you may arrange for a return and receive a full refund.
A comprehensive health evaluation will be conducted to ensure the kitten has not experienced harm, illness, or stress due to environmental factors.
If any health concerns are determined to result from improper care or environmental conditions, a refund may not be granted.
After 90 Days
Beyond the 90-day period:
Refunds are no longer available.
However, our commitment to you does not end—we remain available to offer ongoing guidance, support, and resources to ensure your kitten’s continued well-being.
Returns & Transportation Responsibilities
For returns initiated within 90 days due to personal circumstances, transportation or delivery costs remain the responsibility of the adopting family.
In the rare event that a verified health or genetic concern is identified within the first 7 days, LannerFluff will assume responsibility for return transportation arrangements.

Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Upon approval, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
