Can I Pick Up My Puppy in Person? Absolutely.
We love when families choose to pick up their Cavoodle puppies in person.
It gives us the chance to meet you face-to-face and introduce you to the puppy you’ve been so excited about. It’s always a special moment and one we’re proud to be part of.
Here’s how pickup works:
Reservation:
To hold a puppy for you, we require a non-refundable $300 deposit, which is applied toward your total balance. This guarantees your puppy is reserved and won’t be made available to other families.
Pickup Timing:
We typically schedule pickups on Sundays, but we’re happy to work around your availability and can offer other days upon request when possible.
Peace of Mind Guarantee:
If you come to meet your puppy and, for any reason, feel the connection isn’t quite right, we’ll refund your deposit in full. While this is rare (we’re very thoughtful about matching puppies to the right families), we want you to feel completely confident before moving forward.
Picking up in person also gives you the chance to ask any last-minute questions, go over care instructions, and leave feeling fully prepared for your puppy’s transition home.

How Our Puppy Delivery Works
We understand that traveling to pick up your puppy isn’t always possible, so we offer a smooth, reliable delivery option to bring your Cavoodle safely to you wherever you are.
Once you’ve selected your puppy and completed the adoption process, you’ll provide your name, location, and nearest major airport. From there, we handle everything: booking the flight, preparing travel documents, and ensuring your puppy is fully ready for the journey.
Your Cavoodle will fly in the cabin, never in cargo, accompanied the entire way by a professional pet nanny. This ensures constant care, comfort, and supervision throughout the trip. Depending on your location and preference, you can meet the nanny at the airport or request home delivery.
Once travel is confirmed, we’ll send you a detailed itinerary and provide real-time updates, so you can follow your puppy’s journey home.
If you have special requests or unique travel needs, just let us know. We’re happy to work with you to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
